This week we shine the spotlight on our fourth Canon Island blogger, Rebecca Varidel, the brains and beauty behind the delicious-looking Inside Cuisine blog. Inside Cuisine takes a peek behind the kitchen doors of Australian homes and restaurants, taking readers on a journey of food and travel adventures.

For Rebecca, her blog is a representation of her life – a kind of global culinary adventure which she captures in snapshots on her travels to some of the hottest food spots around town and visits to countries across the world. Top tips for capturing the perfect image? “Develop your own personal style by taking lots of photos”

Photography inspiration? “Me? I try to take photos that are natural, not perfect and not staged, so that people feel they are there with me”

Blog inspiration? The heart of my blog springs from a passion for local seasonal produce, and radiates from sharing news and recipes from my celebrity Chef friends, to sharing my eating and drinking adventures, and travels.
