THE INSPIRATION:
Melissa was inspired
by her travels through Venice in the Piazza San Marco where she saw performers
magnificently dressed in intricate costumes during
Carnevale di Venezia. The beautifully adorned performers had drawn quite a
crowd as they communicated silently to each other in a mysterious and
captivating performance.
THE LINK:
Melissa chose ARCH
as the next link in the hope that it inspires a new wave of images that
exemplify architecture photography. Through the ARCH motif, Melissa hopes to
give people the opportunity to capture images of structures which inspire and
captivate them.

when a situation may present itself and you will be kicking yourself if you are
not prepared,” she says. Melissa, who is now the proud owner of an EOS 550D

when it comes to photography. “If one shot doesn’t work, then I keep changing
bits and pieces until I can achieve the perfect shot,” she says.
