I uploaded mine before Sunday 14th March (on Saturday 13th I believe) yet it does not appear in the gallery. Can you tell me why (it is a pair of feet jumping)?

Hi guys, if you are having issues uploading or signing in you should email 1wall@canon.com.au. Approved images should be viewable in the Gallery within 48 hours. If they still haven't appeared after this time you should email the above address. I hope this helps!

I uploaded an entry on Sunday and it's still not visible in the gallery. Everything appeared to work from my end. I've also emailed above address but no response as yet. Hero chain isn't displaying correctly for me either.

Is the response to the 1Wall issues coming soon? Over the past few months I've had issues every time I've tried to upload images to the 1Wall and Photochains websites. In each case I've had help from people behind the scenes and my images have been uploaded in time, but it does seem like there are endless issues.

Maybe its time to take a break from the competitions to get everything sorted once and for all (having someone available to look at issues on the weekend would be a good start, or stop having weekend deadlines). I think this needs sorting before the 2010 Photo5 which is very high profile and a break now would make more sense.

I hope a soultion is found soon.

I received an email to send my image through a return email.  I have done so but my image is still not in the gallery.  In regards to photochains, I have submitted an entry there as well and it is not appearing either.  Also I cannot view all images in the gallery, the last 12 or so are just blank

I also entered a pic well before the deadline and it never appeared on the gallery - still not there. It all went through ok this end - very disappointed.

I'm in the same boat as AliC. I sent an email with attached image as requested but it failed to show up amongst other entries. While I acknowledge that it is possible that my entry was included in the judging process, it doesn't help instill confidence in the transparency and integrity of the competition.

I appreciate that Canon is working to remedy the continued problems with the website, but as Brendon suggested earlier, perhaps it would be prudent to defer future competitions until such issues are properly resolved.

I am getting sooooo frustrated i've emailed so many times AND NO REPLY , are you a professional site??? pls i cant login!!! and when i ask for a new password an error comes up, I want to create a galeery, entter the Wall etc but you guys are having SRIOUS problems and people keep complaining, its Canon, for goodness sake!!, sorry but i'm very frustrated can you pls look at my account whats going on ,if not pls pass this email to the correct department and pls reply!!!
