Congratulations to Karishmaa, winner of the seventh Canon EOS Photochains hero-chain challenge! 

Karishmaa has won an EOS 500D Single IS Lens Kit valued at RRP $1,649 and 'Mountains' is now the new inspiration/tag for the hero chain.

The EOS Photochains hero chain is now open for submissions. You have until midnight 8th October to submit your photos.

Keep an eye out for an interview with Karishmaa which will be posted shortly.

i'm just a little curious, but how can this blog entry be date stamped the 17/09/09 when voting only closed on the 24/09/09?

Thanks for your comment. I began drafting the post on the 17th September when I had time, and when the winner was actually announced I completed and published the post. It looks to me that it kept it's original date stamp. Sorry for any confusion!!
